| About Us: Texas Antique Mall has served Texas Antique Dealers and Collectors since February, 1997 with Integrity and Honesty. On beginning our 11th year on line, we are pleased to offer a new nation-wide forum to the Antique Community designed to advertise Antique Auctions, Antique-related Service Providers, Collector Clubs & Societies, Community Calendar Events as well as a limited Classified Ads Section for Individuals wanting to posting items they may want or want to sell. |

| Our Resource Directory is designed to offer quality, affordable advertising to the antique community. Our guidelines are structured to offer responsible, good information in a pleasing format at a low-cost. To preserve the integrity of the Directory, we reserve the 'Right of Refusal'. Should an ad not comply with our guidelines or if it is perceived by Texas Antique Mall to be offensive, SPAM, or 'Scam', it will not be included and any monies that may have been received will be returned. Rates are the same for business (anyone who makes their living selling what they are advertising) or an individual (everyone else). General Guidelines: |
| 1. | A word is considered anything with a space before or after it. Punctuation is excluded from word count. Telephone numbers with area codes are considered 1 word, E-mails are considered 1 word. |
| 2. | No active links. |
| 3. | Auction Ads MUST contain Auctioneer's Name and License Number |
| 4. | Ads should be related to the antique field, ie, china repair, mirror re-silvering, matching services, furniture restoration, antique auctions, etc.. |
| 5. | Classified Ads re items wanted/for sale are limited to 5 ads for items per business or individual. |
| 6. | Once a specified date for an event has passed and the ad has become obsolete, it will be removed from it's listing category and no refund made for any remaining time for it's listing period. |
| 7. | Only 1 business, service provider, club or item per category ad. |
| 8. | Only 1 telephone number and 1 email address will be listed for each ad. |
| 9. | No changes will be made to the ad once the ad has been uploaded. The only exception is to correct a phone number or email address due to a 'typo'. The request for correction MUST be made by the original listing person via email within the first week that an ad is first listed. |
| 10. | Any cancellation of an ad and request for refund due to not wanting the ad placed, MUST be made before the ad has been up-loaded to the Directory. You have a 3 day window to make this request once you have submitted the ad. |
| 11. | No ads for Antique Shops, Malls, Flea Markets, Trade Days, or Antique Shows will be accepted for a Resource Directory Listing. |
| 11. | Texas Antique Mall reserves the right of refusal for any reason as well as the right to edit, remove and/or re-arrange any information in any ad. |

| 2. | No request for money to be sent through the mail. Fund raisers should direct the visitor to an event date and location. | ||
| 3. | No '900' numbers or '24' hour recordings. | ||
| 4. | No adult oriented items. | ||
| 5. | No employment ads. | ||
| 6. | No firearms of any kind. | ||
| 7. | No sexual oriented items or services.
