You may order by filling in the appropriate information, printing out our order form, and then mail to the address indicated along with your payment made payable to David Moncrief - including applicable sales tax, shipping & handling. Be sure to include the shipping address if different from the address given with the name. Please include your telephone number; we will not call unless there is a question with your order. All orders are payable in US funds and will be shipped within 10 days. Money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks and PayPal accepted. Please allow 10 days for personal checks to clear. For rates on delivery out of the country, please contact us via e-mail.
Shipping and handling fees are listed on the individual pages. If you are unsure of the amount for postage, handling and insurance, please check the specific page for the item ordered or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for information. Shipping is via UPS or US Mail. If for some reason any item you ordered is not available, the cost of that item plus shipping will be returned.
* Insurance Fees are based on total cost of items ordered and charges are as follows: For totals between $1.00 - $50.00 insurance charge is $1.30; for totals between $50.01 and $100.00 insurance charge is $2.20; for totals over $100.01 insurance cost will be quoted on order by order basis.
