You may order by filling in the appropriate information, printing out our order form, and then mail to the address indicated along with your payment made payable to David Moncrief - including applicable sales tax, shipping & handling and insurance. Be sure to include the shipping address if different from the address given with the name. Please include your telephone number; we will not call unless there is a question regarding your order. All orders are payable in US funds and will be shipped within 10 days. Money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks and PayPal accepted. Allow 10 days for personal checks to clear.
