Priority postage cost for Hot Wheels will be based on total packed weight of items and postal zone shipped to. Insurance is calculated on total final order value - not including postage. Total postage and insurance cost will be advised on confirmation of item(s) availability. Please include your Zip Code, Category and Item Number when making an inquiry so we can give you prompt, accurate information.
SALES POLICY:
Please use our Order Form, E-mail or write to me at P.O. Box 1008, Centerville, Texas 75833 for confirmation number that item is still in stock. Payment will be made to David Moncrief in U.S. funds only and is to be in the form of a Personal Check (allow to clear), Money Order or Cashiers Check, Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax. The shipping/insurance fee will be given on an item-by-item basis at the time a confirmation number is assigned. All orders will be shipped within 10 working days from receipt or your order.
RETURN POLICY:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, confirm by telephone to 903-536-2777 or E-mail within 5 days. DO NOT return your items without a return confirmation number. The condition of the returned item MUST be in the same condition as shipped. A deduction may be made from your paid amount for the item based on the returned condition. Refund will be amount paid less shipping, handling and insurance costs. NOTE: We photograph all items before shipping to document condition and parts. ALL orders will be cost of item(s), shipping and insurance. ALL items will be insured for the full value of the item(s).
