One of the state's most popular vacation cities, Corpus Christi is served by State Highway 37 and 181. It is located on Corpus Christi Bay and offers the visitor a wide variety of outdoor activities including swimming, boating, skiing, and fishing. The Seawall - built c1930's - takes the visitor right down to the water. Don't miss the Water Garden at Bayfront Arts and Science Park where you can hear, see and touch the garden's water. And, at night the 150 fountains forming the nucleus of the park are lighted.
You'll also find in Corpus Christi art centers, museums, historical houses, city parks, botanical gardens, and nature centers.
